Get in the 'know' with Avista notifications

Our lives are busy. With all of those competing priorities, it’s easy to miss a bill or forget what number to call if the power is out. Now, with Avista’s new notifications, you can give more of your attention to the things that matter most to you.

Grab your mobile phone now to register – you’ll begin to receive a convenient text whenever your bill is ready or if your power is out. You can even pay your bill or report an outage by text. How easy is that?

We also made registering easy, just follow these steps:

1. Have your account number on hand. If your mobile number is already your primary phone number, you’re good to go.
2. Text REG to 284-782 (AVISTA). If you’re already signed up for Outage Notifications, just text SUB
3. Reply Y to agree to the terms and conditions.
4. Follow the directions to get fully enrolled.

You may find these additional commands helpful to use:

• BAL: Check your account balance
• PAY: Pay your bill (be sure to set up your payment method first in your Wallet at myavista.com)
• OUT: Report an outage
• STAT: Get the status of an outage
