Outage reporting 

Unplanned outages are most often caused by inclement weather such as lightning, strong winds, heavy rain, snow, ice, and even excessive heat and cold. And it’s common for severe weather conditions to cause trees to fall and knock out power lines. Report outages by calling us at (800) 227-9187 or using this form.

Fuel cost calculator 

Use our state-specific fuel cost comparison calculator to estimate your annual heating and water heating costs compared to alternative energy sources. If you know your home's square footage, number of occupants, and a few other variables, the estimate will be more accurate.
