Expectations of doing business with Avista
Avista partners with contractors and suppliers who provide high-quality products and services. In addition to meeting quality standards, Avista expects its contractors and suppliers to demonstrate the following:
- Ethical business practices and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Environmental, health, and safety practices that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Data privacy and information security measures that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Insurance coverage appropriate for the nature of work being performed, including but not limited to Commercial General Liability (CGL).
- Competitive pricing supported by detailed cost breakdowns for invoicing purposes.
- Compliance with applicable import/export and conflict minerals requirements.
