Transfer service
If you are moving from one location to another within Avista's service area, we've made it easy to stop service at your old address and start it at your new address in one fell swoop. Just complete the next few steps and you'll be good to go in no time.
To transfer your service, you'll need to have the following information available:
- Stop date for your current service, and start date for your new service
- A forwarding mailing address
- Co-customer information (if applicable), such as name, SSN, email address, and phone number
