ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager
What is ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager service?
ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager (ESPM) is an online tool that helps commercial building owners and operators track and manage building energy performance. Customers enter and maintain building information in ESPM, while Avista supports the process by providing automated uploads of energy usage data. ESPM is used for Washington and Oregon clean buildings benchmarking requirements and may also support ENERGY STAR® certification.
