With Avista’s HVAC and Water Heating Incentives, you can save when you install qualifying energy-efficient commercial HVAC and water heating equipment—and continue saving on your energy bills over time.

Why it matters

Heating, cooling, and hot water systems are some of the biggest energy users in commercial buildings.

High-efficiency equipment uses less electricity and natural gas, which lowers operating costs and improves comfort.

Efficient systems also help reduce maintenance needs and support a healthier indoor environment.

How it works

Work with your contractor or energy services company (ESCO) to select the best equipment for your needs. If your contractor purchases qualifying high-efficiency equipment, they may receive a discount they can choose to pass on to you. The best part – no lengthy paperwork for you.

Contractor discounts are available only through participating distributors. Self-installations are not eligible for incentives.
