Effective March 1, 2026, customers with gas-heated homes in Idaho will no longer be eligible for our in-person Home Energy Audit program. For these homes to qualify, they must sign up for an audit no later than February 28, 2026. Electric-heated homes in Idaho and both gas- and electric-heated homes in Washington will continue to be eligible.
Avista’s Home Energy Audits are booked in advance. We are currently scheduling appointments 5 to 6 months out. We appreciate your patience. If you have questions related to scheduling delays, please contact Customer Service at (800) 227-9187.
